It all started with a simple question..

At our sister company Bot Implementation Insitiute, we advise companies about how to start conversations with their audience through the use of conversational AI.  

When we received the challenge from one of our customers “Can a bot also interview a consumer?”, we saw a real opportunity for using conversational AI to ensure consumer understanding. 

We bundled our decade long expertise in sales, marketing, saas & research and developed an agile market research platform that can perform qualitative interviews at scale and gather the results instantly. 

Our leadership team

Two high school friends, who reconnected after having lost sight of each other for many years. They re-discovered their joint passion for bringing innovative consumer products to market. With over 4 decades of business experience in SaaS, consumer & durable goods they bring a wealth of expertise to the table focussing on bringing a world class consumer experience.
